The Tango Angels Marathon is a closed event. Only the persons who are in “Angels of Tango” Group in FB can be confirmed like participants.
We accept solo and couple registration
You must give your real name and surname in the registration form. Filling in the registration form please provide your correct e-mail address as it will be used to send all further information.
Once you have filled in and submitted the registration form, you will receive an automatic reply confirming that your registration was received by the Organizers. it is NOT the final confirmation of your participation in the marathon.
The Organizers decide whether or not to accept a person and to put him/her on the participants list, taking into consideration the gender balance between the leaders and the followers, although between tangueros from other countries.
Within 15 days from the registration date, we answer. In case your application is approved we will send you the payment instructions OR we will inform you if your application is placed on the Waiting List (if a place becomes vacant in case of overdue payment or cancellation we will send you an email).
The organizers of the marathon will not be able to comment on the reasons why your specific application might be placed on the Waiting List.
The e-mail message will include a bank account number, to which within 10 days you must transfer money to secure your place at the marathon. Participants who registered as a couple may pay together in a single transfer. In this case please include the names of both participants in the payment title.
If you fail to make the payment within the time limit (10 days), you will be moved to the Waiting List.
You will receive the final confirmation of your participation in the marathon by e-mail after the Organizers receive your payment. If you registered like a couple, the final confirmation will be issued after we receive payment from both of you.
All bank charges for making the payment are covered by the marathon participants.
You can NOT give your pass for the marathon to another person without the consent of the organizers.
The participation fee is not returned if you refuse from the marathon.
The Organizers reserve the right to change the marathon’s schedule.
Photos and videos of event participants can be used by the organizers at their discretion.
In the event of a change in the rules and laws of Italy on the conduct of events with COVID-19, the organizers have the right to change the conditions of the event, including the cancellation of the marathon.
Participants are required to comply with restrictions under Italian rules and laws due to COVID-19.
In case of non-compliance by the participants with the restrictions or violation of the rules, the organizers have the right to refuse to participate in the marathon.

🇮🇹 Termini e le Condizioni

La maratona è un evento chiuso. Solo le persone che si trovano nell’elenco dei membri del Gruppo “Angels Of Tango” redatto dagli Organizzatori saranno autorizzate ad iscriversi alla maratona.
Accettiamo la registrazione di singoli e a coppia
Devi dare il tuo vero nome e cognome e nel modulo di iscrizione. Compilando il modulo di registrazione, si prega di fornire il tuo indirizzo di posta elettronica corretto in quanto verrà utilizzato per inviare tutte le ulteriori informazioni.
Dopo aver compilato e presentato il modulo di iscrizione, riceverai una risposta automatica che conferma che la tua iscrizione è stata ricevuta dagli organizzatori. Questo messaggio NON significa che sei dentro!
Gli organizzatori decideranno se accettare o meno una persona e metterlo nella lista dei partecipanti, tenendo conto dell’equilibrio di genere tra leader e seguaci, anche se saranno tangueros di altri paesi. Gli Organizzatori non forniranno informazioni sulle ragioni per le quali non accetteranno una determinata persona alla maratona.
Entro 15 giorni dalla data di registrazione riceverai una e-mail che ti informerà se il tuo nome è nell’elenco d’attesa oppure sei dentro. Il messaggio di posta elettronica includerà un numero IBAN e di conto corrente bancario, entro 10 giorni Dovrai trasferire i soldi per assicurarti il posto alla maratona. I partecipanti iscritti come coppia possono pagare insieme in un unico bonifico. In questo caso, includerai i nomi di entrambi i partecipanti nel titolo di pagamento. Non dimenticare di scrivere la motivazione: AngelsTangoMarathon
Se non effettuerai il pagamento entro il termine specificato in precedenza di 10gg, sarai spostato nella lista d’attesa. Se ti registri come una coppia, la conferma finale verrà emessa dopo che avremo ricevuto il pagamento da entrambi.
Tutte le spese di commissioni bancarie per effettuare il pagamento dell’iscrizione, saranno a carico dai partecipanti alla maratona.
NON potrai dare il tuo pass per la maratona ad un’altra persona senza il consenso degli organizzatori.
La quota di partecipazione non ti verrà restituita se rifiuti la partecipazione alla maratona.
Gli Organizzatori si riservano il diritto di modificare il calendario della maratona.
Le foto e i video dei partecipanti all’evento possono essere utilizzati dagli organizzatori a loro discrezione.
In caso di modifica delle norme e delle leggi italiane sullo svolgimento degli eventi con COVID-19, gli organizzatori hanno il diritto di modificare le condizioni dell’evento stesso, incluso l’annullamento della maratona.
I partecipanti sono tenuti a rispettare le restrizioni previste dagli organizzatori e dalle leggi italiane dovute al COVID-19.
In caso di mancato rispetto da parte dei partecipanti delle restrizioni o violazione delle regole, gli organizzatori hanno il diritto di rifiutare la partecipazione stessa alla maratona.

🇷🇺 Условия мероприятия

Марафон Tango Angels Marathon – закрытое мероприятие. Регистрация возможно только для членов группы “Angels Of Tango”.
Регистрация возможна как одиночная так и в парах.
При регистрации вы должны указать свое настоящее имя и фамилию. Заполнив регистрационную форму, пожалуйста, укажите правильный адрес электронной почты, так как он будет использоваться для отправки дополнительной информации.
После того, как Вы заполнили и отправили регистрационную форму, Вы получите автоматический ответ, подтверждающий, что ваша регистрация была получена организаторами. Это сообщение НЕ ЯВЛЯЕТСЯ окончательным подтверждением Вашего участия в марафоне.
Организаторы принимают решение об одобрении участника на основе гендерного баланса и количества заявок из других стран (мы стремимся обеспечить максимально широкую географию участников).
В течение 15 дней с момента регистрации Вы получите по электронной почте сообщение, если Ваше имя находится в списке участников марафона или же Ваша заявка размещена в листе ожидания.
Организаторы марафона не смогут прокомментировать причины, по которым конкретно Ваша заявка помещена в список ожидания.
В случае одобрения Вашей заявки, вы получите письмо и реквизиты для оплаты участия. Оплату необходимо совершить в течение 10 дней, чтобы подтвердить Ваше место в марафоне. Участники, зарегистрированные как пара, могут совершить оплату одним платежом. В этом случае, укажите, пожалуйста, оба имени в назначении платежа.
Если Вы не совершите платеж в течение срока, указанного выше (в течение 10 дней), вы будете перемещены в список ожидания.
Вы получите окончательное подтверждение Вашего участия по электронной почте после того, как организаторы марафона получат Вашу оплату. Если вы зарегистрированы, как пара, окончательное подтверждение будет выдано после того, как мы получим оплату от обоих участников.
Все банковские расходы по оплате покрываются за счет участников марафона.
Вы не можете передать свое место в марафоне другому лицу без согласования с организаторами.
Оплата за участие в марафоне не возвращается, в случае Вашей отмены.
Организаторы оставляют за собой право вносить изменения в расписание марафона.
Фотографии и видео участников мероприятия могут быть использованы организаторами по своему усмотрению.
В случае изменения правил и законов Италии по проведению мероприятий при COVID-19, организаторы вправе изменить условия проведения, в том числе отменить марафон.
Участники обязаны соблюдать ограничения по правилам и законам Италии из-за COVID-19.
В случае несоблюдения участниками ограничений или нарушения правил, организаторы имеют право отказать в участии в марафоне.
